WonderGuest is the story of a welcome book that answers for you.

For several years, I worked in the shadow of my brother, the founder of FlexyLoc, an Airbnb concierge service he has been growing for more than four years. And every evening, it was the same scene: 10 p.m., a message from a guest: “What's the WiFi code?”. The next day: “How does the washing machine work?”. Then: “Do you know a good place for dinner?”. Multiplied by dozens of bookings and several properties, these repetitive questions became unmanageable, and we were tired of always answering them the same way.

So I started building tools to answer them once and for all: digital welcome books, interactive guides and explainer videos for every piece of equipment in the home (microwave, hot tub, appliances, smart lock). The goal was simple: let guests find the information before they even had to ask.

The results were concrete, and fast. More 5-star reviews that explicitly mentioned how clear the instructions were. A sharp drop in incoming guest messages. And higher sales of add-on services: mid-stay cleanings, late check-outs, tailor-made offerings.

That's when we realized there was a real opportunity: to help other hosts and property managers get the same benefits. I left my permanent job to launch WonderGuest, the guest app that helps hosts earn more 5-star reviews, cut down guest messages and generate extra revenue.

The paradox: the more a host automates their welcome, the more their guests see them as attentive. Because all the right information is there, at the right time, in the right language.

We believe technology shouldn't replace human contact, but free it from repetitive tasks so it can focus on what matters: the quality of the stay, genuine recommendations, and loyalty.
