Do guests need to download an app?
No. The WonderGuest guidebook is a web app accessible via a printed QR code or a link sent by message. Guests reach it in one scan, without creating an account or downloading anything, on iOS and Android alike. Content displays in the visitor's language among the 20 supported languages.
